Is this a subscription service?
Yes—Home Try-On by Victoria's Secret is a subscription box. Every one to three months, we'll send you sought-after styles, from bras to panties and more. However, you may easily pause, skip, or cancel anytime by visiting your Home Try-On dashboard.
How much does this cost?
Home Try-On is a subscription service through which Victoria's Secret automatically sends subscribers a box of 6-8 items (valued from $12.50 - $99.95 each.) For each box, you'll pay a $25 styling fee. The styling fee is for box preparation, style curation, and your seven-day try-one window. As a bonus, our styling fee gets applied as a credit towards the first item you keep. Win, win.
When do I get charged?
For each box, you'll be billed a styling fee of $25. Then, once you receive your pieces, you'll be charged for what you love and keep. The bonus? We apply our styling fee as a discount towards any items you keep. P.S. Shipping and returns are included in the styling fee.
How are Home Try-On boxes built?
Once you take the Style Quiz and schedule your box, we'll work on matching you up with our best-selling products based on your style fit and preferences. The more feedback you give, the better your box will be.
What if I want to send something back?
Love everything we sent? Great, it's all yours. However, if there's anything you're not feeling, you may return it. Simply use the pre-paid shipping label inside your box and bring unwanted items to any USPS drop-off point. To avoid being charged, ship your return within 7 days of your try-on window closing.
